Accessible by a funicular, The Montreal Tower is the tallest inclined tower in the world, rising 165 metres at a 45-degree angle. At its peak, you can admire the Montréal area and the St. Lawrence Plains 80 kilometres in the distance. Built in 1976 to host the Olympic Games, the recently renovated Sports Centre features seven basins for water sports, training areas, and state-of-the-artequipment. Throughout the year, the Esplanade Financière Sun Life, located at the foot of the Olympic Stadium, offers young and old a diverse program of sporting and cultural events.
